The Balcony Gîte has French windows opening onto the Balcony, which has great views over the river to the 11th Century Bridge.

The well equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, cafetèire, 5 ring gas hob with extractor fan & good quality kitchen ware.

The sitting room has two sofas (one sofa bed) , television with DVD player and SKY (free channels), video recorder, radio, CD player and central heating for winter breaks.

Broadband internet access is available through Wi-Fi.

The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and french windows opening onto the balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and bath.

The other bedroom has a double and single bed and ensuite shower and WC.
